My story

For nearly 20 years, I worked in high-pressure corporate environments across multiple industries. I know what it’s like to push through exhaustion, skip meals because “there’s no time,” cancel on yourself repeatedly, and fall into bed wired at midnight wondering why you can’t switch off.

I wasn’t lazy. I wasn’t weak. My nervous system was maxed out.

Everything changed when I discovered that wellness isn’t about willpower or massive overhauls. It’s about working WITH your body’s natural rhythms — using Breathwork, Movement, and Recovery to regulate your nervous system first, then building sustainable habits from there.

That’s why I created The Calm-Strong-Energised Method™.

It’s a bio-individual approach designed specifically for people like us — busy, ambitious, and done feeling like they’re running on fumes. Simple, healthier habits for busy lives. No guilt. No rigid plans. Just small, strategic shifts that compound into life-changing transformation.

My Journey

My wellness journey began 18 years ago with yoga and meditation because I desperately needed to destress. For years, while working in demanding, fast-paced corporate roles, these practices were my lifeline. They re-energised my body, quieted my mind, and gave me space to reset.

When I moved to Sydney, Australia, my practice deepened. I discovered the profound, transformative power of Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and Recovery techniques — and I saw firsthand how they could shift not just my energy, but my entire relationship with stress, rest, and resilience.

I completed my teacher training in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in Sydney, then returned to Dublin where I dove deeper: Pilates, Reiki, Sound Healing, Hypnotherapy, Psychology, and eventually became an IIN Certified Integrative Health Coach specialising in Lifestyle Medicine.

Along the way, I realised something crucial: the tools that helped me weren’t widely accessible to the people who needed them most — busy professionals running on empty, stuck in the tired-and-wired cycle I knew so well.

That’s why I founded The Feel Good Space.
